Club Rules & Policies

Court reservations must be cancelled at least four (4) hours in advance. Cancellations within the four (4) hour window are subject to a late cancellation fee: 4 hours: $10 3 hours: $15 2 hours: $20 1 hour and less: $25

Lessons and clinics must be cancelled by 5:00pm the evening prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made after this deadline are subject to a 75% cancellation penalty (of the listed fee).

Court reservations have a 15 minute grace period. If you are going to be late, call the front desk at (808) 758-4683. If you do not arrive within the grace period or call to notify, you are subject to a $35 no-show fee and lose the reservation for the week.

A participant is considered a no-show if the front desk is not notified within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. If you are running late, call the front desk at (808) 758-4683. Lesson no-shows forfeit the possibility to request a refund.

Resource reservations are subject to a $200 damage fee added to the reservation holder's account should it return damaged beyond normal wear and tear or unusable.

Members are responsible for maintaining a valid credit card on file. If a card is declined and the membership becomes past due, a $25 penality fee will be applied and membership is unusable until the balance is paid.

Members are eligible for a membership freeze after three (3) consecutive paid months. Membership freezes are far a maximum of one (1) month per calendar year. Membership freeze requests must be received via email to pickles@fortedoho.com at least seven (7) days before your next billing date. Requests made over the phone, in person, or via our website will not be honored.
