Overview
The Pickles at Forté Corporate Membership program provides companies with a unique way to invest in employee wellness, team building, and networking. Each membership mirrors our standard “Monthly Membership”, with added benefits tailored to corporate partners.

Membership Details

Unlimited Daily Open Play

Three (3) 1.5 hour court reservations per week

Two (2) hour parking validation

One-hour introductory pickleball clinic for members

Member-price on clinics and lessons

Member-price on golf simulator and ball machine
Additional Benefits

One (1) guest pass per corporate employee per month

Complimentary team registration to Pickles at Forté Corporate League

Complimentary paddle rentals during corporate events
Terms
-
Company rates are determined by the number of employees enrolled in the membership.

A minimum of 5 enrolled members is required.

Each enrolled employee may extend their membership to one (1) family member living at the same household (billed separately to the employee/household member).

Billing & Commitment

Memberships are billed monthly to the company.

A minimum commitment of three (3) months is required.

Cancellations require thirty (30) days written notice sent to pickles@fortedoho.com

Corporate members are not eligible to freeze their membership.

The company must provide Pickles at Forté with a roster of enrolled employees.

Additional employees may be added to the corporate membership at the company’s discretion.

6. Each enrolled member must maintain a valid credit card on file for optional services (e.g., lessons, rentals, or event charges).
